the valentine's day episode woohoo!!!! writing this the day after tho. i was really exhausted after my LOVELY DAY aka just didnt feel like studying or doing anything so i just laid in bed and did nothing when i came home..

where did i go..!? keep reading...

actually id rather talk about my life briefly first! i am really busy at school and i REALLY need to study for my exam tomorrow but i just want to blog god damnit!!!!

since my last blog post im happy to say i am FREE from the chiodos demons craig owens has released me from his shackles i dont need to listen to them as much as i need air anymore. 

on the 6th i went to my friends y2k bitrhday party as i said and it was sooo fun! all the decorations were so cute and the cake was so pretty and yummy and i played lots of just dance. for the theme i wore a blue juicy tracksuit so luckily i was comfortable and didnt die playing just dance. i came home at 2 am i really couldnt stop playing the wii....

the next day i bought some makeup i didnt do that much but i went to a show and it was fun!! the bill was pretty mixed but the bands were nice, one of them my classmate is in and he recognized me at the door :D 

then on sunday i studied with my friends which sucked but was productive enough. boba is always a must after a study sesh and my drink had GLITTER INSIDE!!! 

school last week was really a drag i was doing soo many assignments last minute. on a better note im trying to step out of my comfort zone and try to be cute more regularly, wearing skirts/dresses more (also that i want to build courage for when i start to wear lolita)

this is all i managed to capture but i promise i dressed up more

btw speaking of lolita finally i ordered a jsk!!! by nightwhisper designs who i saw at otakon in 2024. its just a white jsk but the details are so pretty!!!!  cant wiat for it to ship. i got it on preorder last week

on friday THE THIRTEENTH i went to a show after work with my friend, the bands on the bill looked so great. i really wanted to go for dials dials dials duhh theyre one of my local-ish favies and i have talked about them in this post when i first saw them. <3 <3 <3 <3

i went to get their CD (finally!!!) before the show and they realized im the person who messaged them on instagam about wanting a cd,.......................... i just really like their music ok i love cds too! they really blew my mind when i saw them so i needed more injected into my bloodstream which is why i asked. doesnt hurt to ask..! now available on their bandcamp. YAHOO

they introduced themselves to me and i introduced myself to them and wished them a good show. they also told me some great news about stuff coming up soon! what i love about their style of playing is that its up close and personal. they dont use the stage, they set up in the middle of the room and invite peolpe to circle around them its such a swell time. i made sure to stand in the front row like i did last time and the person next to me recorded almost everything so i asked them to airdrop all the vids to me. had to make sure i came back with at least a ltitle evidence that dialsx3 is awesome live!

the other bands were great , supar emo lul one of the bands i met all the members before in town but never saw them play before so they were cool. the other band was from out of town and i kinda wish i got their merch. they covered her words kill :O 

now back to the present. APPY VALENTINES DAY LUV. 

i woke up to study with my friends early but took a long time to get dressed (for the occasion duh) and so we studied for about 2 hours until we got lunch and lost motivation. by then it was about time to head to my next obligation which was my friends v-day party! i hadnt seen this friend in like a year so i was so excited and even better... get this... it was a COOKIE PARTY . WTF

i didnt know what to expect but i was told to prepare a homemade batch of cookies or treats for hte party. i said well of course. so i made 2 batches of sweet creatures: 

i just noticed my frame completely obscures one but its ok that one sucked

first i made these "cookies" which are just graham crackers with frosting, decorated with sprinkles and the subjects which are teddy grahams. i liked making these and each one tells a story

next i made these teddy grahams in a blanket puff pastries with chocolate. IM SO MAD because i forgot to take a pic of all of them on the baking sheet but i made about 14 of these, i decorated each one with different color sprinkles for variation. 

i wanted my treats to have a lot of personality so i wanted the cute bears and colors. originally i was inspired by gothic & lolita bible recipes that are just really unhinged but made to look fitting for a themed tea.  

so i went to the party with my trays of treats and my friends apartment is SO CUTE WTf it made me so jealous and made me want a cute apartment to host parties in SO BAD. everyone who came in also had prepared sweets and we started by watching/making fun of the live action american death note movie  

when everyone arrived we were told to fold and decorate a paper box so we could take everyone's treats home later muahahaha

of course we had to dig in first so there was some charcuterie board snacks, AMAZING BRIE too it was marinated in something ill have to ask for the recipe.

the cookies were the main attraction so of course i have to share my adorable plate:

all of these were so delicious i teared up just thinking about them...

i made sure to dress cutely as valentines is my second favorite holiday and ill NEVER fudge the opportunity to dress for parties. i dont care if im the only one looking crazy, if theres a theme i WILL stick to it

you better believe i had tacky accessories too...

so yeah that was my fun and aweosme cool weekend activities. have an INCREDIBL.....INCREDIBLE..........day
