feeling like bleh (i gotta update my imood sometime) at the hands of my hormones of course ;;; summer at this point starts to get old, i have started my second summer class which makes my everyday a little more stimulating besides going to work  

well.. on account of going to work and not doing much at work (besides scanning every journal entry from the last year just in time for the audit - go intern!) i have been listening to albums alllllllll day.

i dont think i talked much about the music ive listened to lately except my last post. if u caught the song im listening to while writing this post ^^ real ones can see im going back to my roots. like i said its these hormonal shits. but actually i can never separate NMH from my life (♡μ_μ) a few weeks ago i just got their tour shirt 5 mins after i got an email from merge records' bandcamp ~~ who am i kidding. i entertained a little more highschool regressing a la the smiths and radiohead though that passed quickly. some well acclaimed radiohead albums i didnt like before i still dont find good... so not much changed.

more than anything lately im feeling like PHXC PRINCESS.  

so what have i been slamming thats actually AMAZING? well i wanted to write this post in the first place because i have to tell somebody about this fucking album !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Σ(▼□▼メ)

idk what to say except sister im pickled. this has honestly been driving me nuts since tuesday TTTT its terribly addictive to loop and one of the only albums where like EVERY breakdown puts me into shock. its harder and harder to listen to this at work when ive actually got to make journal entries... its just got this bratty feeling this girl pants feeling.... its messy and obnoxious.... the vocals kinda suck (well i actually love the unclean vocals....

attack attack! demos: ( ´ ∀ `)ノ～ ♡ obsessed with the people's elbow demo!!! it sucks even BETTER than the studio version, i gotta download this to my mp3 soon. some fucking weird electronic bits on this especially in party foul KFGDJG but i love. 

 

wake: my second hail the sun exposure anddd no songs really stuck out to me on this record i think i gotta listen again bc elephantitis really gave me crazy standards vv 

 

a celebration of an ending: not a new listen but just obsessed with this album again its like really something you need toward the end of june no?

 

elephantitis: ok this is the first thing i listened to by hail the sun and actually sister im pickled like at first i genuinely could not believe what i was hearing like this tumblr ass ep ???and the cover art was kind of baffling and .. and.but the vocal??!????? and guitar has me sick to my fucking stomach i really cant believe it still actually INFURIATING to listen to WHAT IS WRONG with people to make music this insane so casually you have to go to JAIL you will face DECADES for writing Will They Blame Me If You Go Disappearing

okay. now we can continue so this was an immediate download to my mp3 as soon as i got home from work which is a little embarrassing but this got me a little bad. a little bad not much. but oh its these girly ass vocalists that cant seem to let me go and yeah i thought this sounded like the guy from hail the sun so whatever. anyway whatever. not like i care... but omfg. the first time i listened to saosin i didnt like them and i thought this hype is uselesss they are boring but moni informed me i listened to the wrong album so now im PRESENT AND AWARE and i understand...... harumph! i have 3rd measurement in C stuck in my head and its ruining my mood so im gonna have to break up with saosin for now. 

 

anwayy. since im at work a lot more i gotta find new things to keep me engaged so i listen to lotsa new stuff nowadays and im trying to open my minds but the way it seems i cant help but go back to myspace music ok im an oppressed attack attack fan SUE ME! always looking for more so lovely people should recommend meh ~
